Yeah Anet accidentally removed the Path of Fire zones when they added the Domain of Istan zone on Tuesday. I thought they would have fixed it by now.

The site downloads the zone data from Anet, but I keep a backup copy in case their servers are down. I do have the version with the PoF zones still, so I can just add Domain of Istan to the backup and make the site use the backup until Anet fixes the API.

There are still no POI, Vista, Hero challenge, Waypoint, Mastery insight etc.. icons in any of the Path of Fire maps.

It's almost two weeks and Anet hasn't fixed the maps API and added the Domain of Istan map tiles. For now I've changed the map so it downloads cached data containing both PoF zones and Domain of Istan, instead of the live data containing only Domain of Istan.

Any update? Not having access to PoF data is I think understandably a big deal, as most of our playtime is there due to it being the latest expansion + current Living Story. Any news on when we can get resource nodes/POIs etc. would be very much appreciated!

You can check the Anet forums for updates. Looks like Anet has just gotten new people to maintain the API, but it may take a while and not guaranteed that they will update the world map's image tiles.

PoF POIs have been available on the site for a long time now, it's just the map tiles that's missing for Domain of Istan; is there some specific POI that you found to be missing? As for the Resource Nodes and Collectible Items, I am no longer manually surveying the maps, and will only update it based on users' contributions.

If you're using GW2TaCO, you can import the user-made map points and GPS files to GW2Navi for a world map view. These "Marker Packs" are usually up to date.
