using gw2navi overlay for a while, and i end up with a question, can i change the look of this overlay by editing any .css styles?

if i cant, then can i use stylish + userstyles.org and etc, to force gw2timer.com using my own .css file to change colors/fonts and etc if im opening it via common web browser?

i would prefer to edit some styles in overlay, if this overlay uses any, because for me it looks like, overlay is working like borderless browser which only loads pages and nothing else.

You can use userstyles/userscripts on the website as any other, but the overlay has an embedded browser so you can't use for example a Chrome extension to change the styles. I could add a user option on the site that you can paste your own CSS and have the site inject that, but right now I'm only maintaining GW2Timer and not adding new features.

If you could go one step further, you can host the website on your computer (which I do on localhost as you can see in the options.ini file). Click "Clone or download" and put it in for example your "C:\xampp\htdocs\GW2Timer" folder. Then edit the gw2t.css to your liking.

i was rly hoping that i could use stylish or any similiar extention with gw2navi.

as for running it on localhost, looks like a good idea but. what i need to change in options.ini if i want to force navi detecting a localhost site instead of gw2timer?

and if ill place it on localhost, how i program will check for updates? or this link stays in option.ini and will work for localhost _URL_UPDATE = http://gw2timer.com/navi ?

Code:

URL_HOMEPAGE = http://localhost/GW2Timer/?mode=Overlay
URL_PROJECTION = http://localhost/GW2Timer/?mode=Projection

is what I have bin/options.ini, and the site is placed in
Code:

C:\xampp\htdocs\GW2Timer

You will be running a static copy of the site; if you're familiar with git, you can git pull the latest version manually with one command.
